      1. Hongfei Mold Quality Control:

       As a high-quality Chinese mold enterprise, Hongfei has a strong management and quality inspection team of over 20 people. We have very strict analysis and quality control from the three-dimensional design of the mold to the first trial of the mold.
·3D design analysis of plastic products:
       After receiving the customer's product design, the project manager will immediately convene all relevant technical personnel to analyze its shortcomings and potential problems encountered during the processing. For example, analyze the demolding slope, strength, deformation, etc. After these discussions, we will immediately proceed with the flow analysis. If any problems arise, we will contact the customer immediately and provide solutions or suggestions
     
      2.Mold processing:

        During the mold processing, we also perform basic quality control on the steel material. Processing is divided into three steps: the first step is rough machining; The second step is to perform semi precision machining on some precision molds; The third step is high-speed milling and precision machining.

     3.Process quality control:

     Hongfei has a coordinate measuring instrument that can measure the dimensions of the mold cavity, core, and other components. After mold processing, use coordinate measuring instruments and other size measurement equipment to control the dimensions. Qualified ones will be sent to the assembly workshop, otherwise the mold will be reprocessed.

      Before the first trial mold, the quality inspection personnel and project manager of Hongfei will conduct quality control on the mold assembly.

      We have multiple specialized machines for mold testing, and our testing team has rich testing experience. Their responsibility is to identify the shortcomings of the molds and provide solutions. We regularly send important materials such as mold design, drawings, work logs, inspection reports, trial mold videos, and mold operation manuals to customers during mold processing.

You can come to us by flight, bus and bullet train. It's 2.5 hours by TAXI from Guangzhou to our city. 3 hours by flight from Shanghai to our city.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 30-45 days for 1st sample. or it is 40-60 days for big moulds
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we will send the mould testing sample to customer, and will part two time freight fee.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
